These Terms of Service govern your use of our pool cleaning and maintenance services. By hiring BluePeak Hammocks Pool Care, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Services We Provide
We offer professional pool cleaning, maintenance, repair, and related services to residential customers in The Hammocks, FL and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Weekly and one-time pool cleaning
- Green pool treatment and algae removal
- Pool filter cleaning and replacement
- Pool equipment repairs
- Pool tile cleaning and calcium removal
- Pool opening and closing services
- Pool inspection services
Scheduling and Appointments
When you book a service with us, we will confirm your appointment time. We do our best to arrive during the scheduled window. If we need to reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
For weekly service customers, we offer automatic billing options. Invoices are sent monthly and payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date.
Access to Your Property
You agree to provide us with safe and reasonable access to your pool area. This includes unlocked gates or access codes. If we cannot access your pool during our scheduled visit, you may be charged a trip fee.
Your Responsibilities
As the property owner, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining a safe work environment around the pool area
- Notifying us of any known hazards or special concerns
- Securing pets during our service visits
- Providing accurate contact information for billing and scheduling
Service Guarantees and Limitations
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any service we provide, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
However, we cannot guarantee specific results for severe algae problems, equipment failures, or issues caused by factors outside our control. We will always communicate honestly about what we can and cannot fix.
Liability and Insurance
BluePeak Hammocks Pool Care carries liability insurance for your protection. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your pool, equipment, or property. Any damage caused by our negligence will be addressed promptly and professionally.
Termination of Service
Either party may terminate weekly service with 7 days written notice. You are responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated terms on our website and update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
